As founder and director of FairChange and FairChange Academy I respect your privacy and I’m committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy will explain how I use the personal information I collect from you when you use the FairChangeImpact and FairChange Academy Websites, and how you can exercise your rights with regard to your data.
This Privacy Policy governs your access to and use of www.fairchangeimpact.com and www.fairchange.academy (the “Websites”) as a guest, user or customer, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through the Websites. (Note that “FairChange”, “FairChange Academy” and “I” are used interchangeably below).

What personal information does FairChange collect about you, and how is it collected and used?
When you access www.fairchangeimpact.com and www.fairchange.academy I collect the following personal identification information about you during your visit: name, email address, and in specific cases your phone number, physical location/address, and company data such as Chamber of Commerce identification number.
I collect this information and process it when you fill out forms on the Websites, communicate with me via contact forms, respond to surveys, conduct search queries on the search feature, provide comments or other feedback, use or view the Websites via your browser’s cookies, and when you order a product or service via the Websites. This includes downloads of free materials and purchase of paid products I offer on the Websites.
FairChange may also receive your personal information if you contact me via phone, Whatsapp, email, or through my social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
I use information you provide to me to deliver the requested product and/or service, manage your account, to improve FairChange’s overall performance, answer questions you might have for me, and email you with information, news or special offers regarding other services or products I think you might like.
How FairChange uses automatic data technologies
As you navigate through www.fairchangeimpact.com and www.fairchange.academy I may also use automatic data collection technologies, such as Google Analytics. I use these technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. This will generally include information about your location, your computer’s IP address, your operating system, browser type, and any communications between your computer and my Websites.
The information I collect automatically is used for statistical data and will not include personal information. I use this data to improve the Websites and FairChange’s products and services offerings.
How does FairChange protect your personal information?
I will treat the personal information you provided us with utmost care. I will not use your data for purposes other than the purposes for which you provided them, unless you give me explicit permission, for example by agreeing to receive email updates after downloading an eBook.
I protect your personal data in the following ways: use of security software, such as a virus scanner and firewall, protection of the computers which may contain personal data with secure passwords, and sending your data via a secure (encrypted) internet connection.
FairChange will never sell, rent, or lease mail subscription lists to third parties.
However, to process and access your data as described above I use third party digital infrastructure services which enable me to provide you with information, services and products. These include financial transaction service providers to process your payments, email automation providers to send information, and website management services.
FairChange only works with reputable third-party providers. These third parties are bound by contracts stating that they will not use your personal data in any manner we do not authorize.
FairChange may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when I, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of my legal rights or when compelled by a court or other governmental entity to do so.
How long will FairChange keep your personal information?
I keep your personal data until you opt-out or, if I don’t receive notice from you, for different periods of time depending on the reason you provided me your information in the first place. This period may range from 24 months to 36 months, and in the case of information you provided for purchases I will keep them for up to seven years due to tax audit obligations.
Your rights to ask for corrections, erasure and other actions to protect your data
FairChange respects your rights to have control over the information that has been collected about you.
You have the right to request me access to your personal information, ask for the corrections to the data you provided, ask me to erase the data, object to how I use your data, ask that the data be transferred to another organization, or directly to you, and ask that I stop automatically processing the data in particular manners. Although I have certain legal rights to limit your control of data, of course I will comply with your requests whenever possible.
If you no longer wish to receive FairChange emails or promotional materials you can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time, by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email.
Wherever FairChange has asked for your consent to collect or process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

How FairChange uses cookies and similar technologies
When you visit www.fairchangeimpact.com and www.fairchange.academy, I may collect information from you automatically through cookies or similar technology. Cookies are small text files stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information. I use cookies to improve your experience on our Websites, including keeping you signed in, understanding how you use the Websites and saving your preferences.
